Tracker Management Systems, Inc., was founded in 1987 by James M. Weaver,
who is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and majority shareholder. The
company has provided business management systems expressly designed for
towing operations.
Its mission is to provide leading edge software, computer and wireless
communication systems technology to fleet industry business owners,
primarily engaged in towing and recovery.
This mission will be carried out by assessing customer needs and satisfying
those needs with the best solutions available, making sure the solutions are
simple to implement and use.

For these reasons, the Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA) has
