Accounting
Tracker Enterprise for Windows is fully
compatible with QuickBooks Pro, North America's number 1 selling
business accounting program. All financial transactions entered in
Tracker can be exported into QuickBooks.
Expenses
Call Takers are encouraged to gather all the
information required, simply by following the natural progression of
entering an order. Even the most complex calls, such as third party
billed or multi-vehicle calls can be booked with ease.
Payments
This is the area where payments are made against
Payables and the appropriate checks are printed. Tracker will use the
payment amount entered and automatically apply that to the oldest items
until it runs out of money. Tracker can automatically pay the oldest
invoices just click on the Auto Apply button.
Receipts
There are 2 ways of entering payments that you receive
into Tracker. You can enter payments for 1 Invoice at a time directly on
the Tow Invoice or you can payoff a group of Invoices using the Receipts
option under Receivables in Accounting.
Invoicing
Tracker Enterprise provides detailed customer
invoicing, accessible both through Dispatch from any cleared job and in
a separate Add Invoice area, where the number that a driver uses out of
his Ticket Book may be used to generate an invoice. The key to fast
entry of Invoices is the use of Short Codes. There is a Short Code for
most of the fields on the Invoice.
Personnel
This is the area used to enter all of the detailed
information for personnel. Everything that would normally be found in a
personnel files can be entered here, including detailed payroll
information.
Payroll
Tracker's Driver Payroll feature simplifies
book-keeping by taking care of all driver settlements, including
automatic commission calculations, salary, holiday pay, etc. Detailed
driver information can be tracked on virtually everything from Road
Tests to Performance Exams, Traffic Violations, etc.
