New orders can be entered intuitively, in seconds, rather than minutes. Drop-down boxes suggest common choices, for everything from vehicle details to job tasks, key location and account information.
Friendly Call Takers are encouraged to gather all the information required, simply by following the natural progression of entering an order. Even the most complex calls, such as third party billed or multi-vehicle calls can be booked with ease.
Informative Tracker Enterprise takes pressure off the dispatchers, by giving Call Takers an up-to-date snapshot of all vehicle activity and job status, so that customers can be given accurate ETA's and job progress reports.
Accurate Call Takers are able to save frequent destinations or cross street information into a separate Landmark database, so that drivers can be dispatched accurately. Once a landmark has been defined, it can be re-used with a simple short code in the future.
Efficient Auto club D2000 dispatched trips populate the Call Entry and dispatch screens automatically, through a fully integrated interface, eliminating the need for double entry. Faster and more efficient call taking directly improves customer service.
