maintain and control the entire storage yard and lien processing operation.
Vehicles can be added placed into impound with a single click of the mouse
from the new tow (order-entry) screen. Tracker will commence storage fees
automatically, then produce professional personalized letters throughout the
entire impounding process, including notice of lien to both MVD and owner,
enforcement of lien, notice of sale and so on... Tracker even produces the
newspaper ads for the auction!
Tracker offers a full suite of Impound tools as integrated modules,
including Impound Lot Management, Lien Letter Processing, Storage Yard
Reports and Police Department Access. With Tracker, say goodbye to stacks of
paper, manual billing and wasted time searching for information.

| Impounding |
Vehicles can be placed into an impound lot simply by
specifying an asterisk(*) in the Destination field of the Order-Entry
screen. This places a full record of the vehicle into the storage lot.
Storage charges will then commence automatically using the Invoice Date
as the Date In. |

| Storage Fees |
Tracker allows each account to have pre-specified
storage rates so that charges are calculated automatically. Rates can be
manually changed as needed. |

| Search |
Often, when a customer calls looking for a vehicle, the
information given is sketchy and incomplete. With Tracker, simply fill
in whatever information is available and click on the Impound button. A
list of the vehicles matching all entered information appears. |

| Master File |
The Vehicle Master File is used to track detailed
information on all vehicles you bring into your storage yard. As a
vehicle goes through its process of events, this file is updated
automatically, with time and date stamps for every transaction. |

| Lien Letters |
Tracker includes the full range of form letters and
manages the information flow to both the vehicle owner and authorities
throughout the impound process. Custom letters can also be created and
managed easily. |
