Tracker Solidifies Commitment to Canadian Customers

Tracker Management Systems of Cleveland, Ohio, the leading provider of towing management software systems throughout North America, solidified their commitment to the Canadian marketplace today with the announcement of an exclusive agreement with Future Quest Wireless Inc, of Kelowna, BC and Pointe Claire, Quebec.

For over 15 years, Tracker Management Systems has specialized in business management and dispatch solutions designed exclusively for towing companies. As a result of this focus and their long-term commitment to the towing industry, Tracker has become the preferred supplier of towing operators, large and small alike. From the diminutive 2-truck company to state-wide operations, Tracker systems dispatch over 100,000 tows each day throughout North America.

"The Tracker solution," stated company President & C.E.O. James Weaver, "has been implemented by numerous towing companies across Canada, so it is has become a very important market for us. “We appreciate the confidence these contractors have expressed in Tracker products and we wanted to demonstrate to them that we are fully committed to serving their needs for local training and support, said Mr. Weaver.” "Our Canadian customers will continue to benefit from Tracker's Cleveland based Support Group, but can also call on fully qualified local sales and training capability from Future Quest.” Furthermore, states Jim Weaver, “Future Quest offers a wealth of complimentary solutions and expertise to towing contractors in the areas of wireless dispatch and vehicle tracking.”

Tracker 2000 for Windows, is a comprehensive business management and dispatch system, designed to run all aspects of a towing operation. The system gives towing managers a complete handle on their business metrics so they are able to make informed decisions on the fly. BCAA and AMA affiliate contractors who employ Tracker systems are able to gain additional efficiencies through a direct digital interface between their Tracker system and the D2000 National AAA dispatching systems employed by the provincial Auto Clubs.” Explaining further, Mr. Weaver stated, “Jobs dispatched by the Tow Club to the contractor over the D2000 system show up seamlessly in their Tracker dispatch system, allowing for a greater degree of control and substantially less paper work in monitoring, completing and administering each ticket.”

“We are truly pleased to be chosen to represent this quality organization in Canada," comments Future Quest President Gord Walsh. "The Tracker solution fits perfectly with our own corporate mandate of helping companies with a mobile workforce improve their operating efficiency, customer service and other business-critical factors.”

Future Quest maintains dedicated employees on staff to provide Tracker customers with on-site training services, as well an additional layer of local support to compliment Tracker’s 24/7 Help Desk team.
