Tracker Enterprise incorporates a highly flexible automatic pricing system
that allows each towing account to be assigned any number of rate codes
defined by tow type. Once the rate codes have been defined and then assigned
to each account, Tracker automatically prices each completed ticket based on
those defaults.
The automatic pricing feature not only save a tremendous amount of
administration time in billing completed work, but also empowers call takers
and dispatcher to quickly estimate pricing to a retail customer.

Tracker Enterprise incorporates the ability to set
up an unlimited number of master rate plans, which can then be assigned
specifically to each account. Each master rate code can be established
with a specific combination of flat rate, hourly or mileage based
charges, as well as specific storage charges. For example, a light duty
tow could be rated at $55.00 flat charge plus the first 3 miles @ $0.00,
next 5 miles @ $2.50 and thereafter @ $3.00 per mile. Storage could be
set up as the first 3 days @ $8.00, next 5 days @ $9.50 and thereafter @
$11.00, with a premium for Inside Storage. Rates can be defined
separately for daytime or evening.

Once the master rates have been established,
assigning them is as simple as bringing up each account and selecting
the appropriate rate classes for that account. For example, for a towing
company works with 5 Dealerships, all of which pay the same rates, a
master rate plan is set up 1 time only and then applied to each
Dealership using the associated rate code.
